A
computer geek and mixing and
mastering
specialist,
Trekkie was the producer and mastering engineer
for all the Octaman CD's. He is the current proprietor
of
the Irie
Sound
Studio on scenic Wollochet Bay in Washington State.
Trekkie
worked on the road
for top bands for several years, giving his time, money and support.
They often took
advantage of his gentle nature, even stole
from him and forced him into trouble as a kid, wrecked his car...
Trekkie took the blame. Regardless, he tried to help
them succeed. Trekkie always tried to do what was right even in the midst of
wrong.
The band was about to go on TV's "Star Search" - listed in TV
guide - but then suddenly broke up over "artistic differences."
Undaunted,
Trekkie
went his own way, kept
practicing and became a fine musician in his own right, as well as a
great producer
and master
audio technician, whose work is featured on the Octaman CD.

The
original space commander, Trekkie
has brilliant organization skills (a
spacial genius!)
He
has
the important task of keeping the studio and band room in
perfect order.
He likes Star Trek, Star Wars, (anything
with "star" in it... )
but
tries not to watch too much TV!
Trekkie is the ears of the
band.
A hockey
goalie, he says he scored
more goals than he ever gave
up. Played in one game.
(Possibly
hit in the
head a few too many times?) Favorite
team : Philadelphia Flyers.
